In practical application, sometimes the working environment of material level meter is high demanded, such as high dust, high temperature (200℃, or even more than 1000℃), at this time, in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test, and the convenience of installation and debugging, we specially introduced the working frequency of 76...81GHz CFM FMCW radar level meter.
FEDE 80G radar level meter transmits and receives electromagnetic waves through a lens. There is a certain frequency difference between the echo reflected by the object and the transmitted signal. The distance information between the target and the radar can be obtained by measuring the frequency difference.
80G radar level meter features and advantages:
• The maximum range can reach 120m, and the blind area can reach 8cm
• Hemispherical antenna, narrowest beam Angle to 3°
• Support bluetooth and remote module debugging for easy installation and maintenance
• Supports two-wire and four-wire applications
• Measurement accuracy up to ±1mm
• Universal flange, can adjust the antenna vertical alignment of the target level
• Higher operating frequency, shorter wavelength, strong signal strength, so it is especially suitable for solid applications, in high dust, high temperature environment (+200℃) has a unique advantage, such as lime powder, cement powder field measurement
Common type of 80G radar products:
• FD30M.10 is suitable for normal liquid level measurement.
• FD30M.20 is suitable for petroleum, chemical, smelting and other corrosive acid and alkali liquid level measurement, stainless steel and integrated flange optional.
• FD30M.30 spherical antenna, suitable for the measurement of particles, blocks, dust, etc.
• FD30M.40 planar antenna, suitable for the measurement of extremely strong dust, such as lime powder, cement powder, flour.
• FD30M.50 is suitable for measurement in high temperature environments such as blast furnace solution level.
• FD30M.60 is suitable for water level measurement of urban and rural hydrology, such as river, canal and river level measurement.
